The Ultimate Excellence:

  • Pan Materials : made from the mixture of heat conductible material and Hang Tian magnetic porcelain, causing no fumes when cooking.
  • Modern Technology: being produced with modern technology from German, this kind of pan is five to ten times more durable that ordinary pans.
  • Pan Cover: porcelain, heat-proof, and keeping transparent heat.

No Fumes When Cooking

This pan is made of a mixture of heat conductible metal commonly used in aviation industry, designed with a technology that can keep the pan's cooking temperature at 240oCelsius. Under such a system, oil does not crack nor evaporate below critical point without causing fumes, so any danger that might be resulted from fumes could be eliminated.

Fuel and Energy Saver

The coefficient of heat conductibility is 175. Since the heat conducting process is quick, the pan could save the consumption of cooking oil to 30% as well as the expense for care and for installing a fumes-sucking machine.

Non-Teflon

It has been proven that teflon can cause a cancer. Fumes-Free Pan does not contain any teflon substance so it is safe for use.

Health and Environment-Friendly

This pan is environment-friendly because it produces no fumes and it does not foul the kitchen and environment. Food is not easy to get scorched and sticky. The quick heat conductibility process could shorten the cooking time, so the nutrition content of food can be preserved. Your family could enjoy delicious and healthy food as well.

Pan Care Procedures

  • First step : open the package and make sure that the product is fine and not defected.
  • Second step : Follow the steps of using pan for the very first time. For further usage, it is just the same as the usage of ordinary pans.
